  It's a shame you have to give one star to this organization. Possibly the worst customer service, incompetent consultants, bureaucratic infrastructure where one person cannot answer your questions. You need several. You need appointments. Deadlines are meaningless. All this, but the fees are still egregious! The big 5 banks are all similar. Seek service and competence from Credit Unions.

  It was my first time to ask for financial assistance but they didn’t do anything. I have to wait for a month, I have to phone them almost every week and I didn’t get any response, they just send me an email in response to my inquiries. Very unprofessional to just send me an email instead of calling me and let me know what happen to my application. So frustrated with your service! Please take care of your customer. Very bad customer service
